ABOUT THE FELLOWSHIP

Leadership takes many forms. Sometimes it starts with speaking up, asking questions, supporting a friend, or imagining a better future for your community.

Through educational workshops, creative storytelling, civic engagement, career development, and youth-led community projects, Fellows will develop the knowledge and skills to become leaders in their schools and communities.

Together, we'll explore how community organizing, storytelling, and creative expression can become powerful tools for justice and change.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

We're looking for young people ages 16–22 who are curious, passionate, and interested in learning more about themselves and their communities.

You do not need previous leadership, organizing, or civic engagement experience to participate. We welcome young people of all backgrounds, regardless of immigration status.

Whether you're already involved in your community or just beginning to discover your voice, there's room for you here.
